Since 1935, CincySHRM has grown into one of Greater Cincinnati’s most respected professional communities, bringing together the region’s leading Human Resource professionals to connect, learn, and lead.

About the Association

The governing body of CincySHRM is the Board of Directors whose duties are outlined in the chapter's Bylaws. We also adhere to SHRM's Code of Ethics Policy.

The Board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and twelve functional committee chairpersons. Two-year terms are served by each elected board member. One member shall be appointed to a 6-year term which will follow the following progression: Vice President (years 1-2), President (years 3-4), and Past President (years 5-6). All association members are invited and encouraged to actively participate on one of the committees.
