Responsibilities: To drive engagement and increase membership by recruiting and welcoming non-members to enter a CincySHRM membership as well as showing the importance of a SHRM membership. Connect with business professionals across all industries to sell the value of membership and the benefits that come with it. Responsible for working across all channels of the board to ensure members are seeing value with their investment.
SHRM Foundation & Hospitality
Hospitality Responsibilities: Welcome new members into the chapter and help coordinate the logistics of monthly membership meetings.
SHRM Foundation Responsibilities: Educate members on the SHRM Foundation; coordinate fundraising efforts for the Foundation; ensure the chapter meets its SHRM Foundation contribution goal each calendar year

Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate local activities concerning diversity issues. Spearhead the effort to diversify the chapter's membership/leadership and to publicize successful diversity programs in the local community.
